The Little Northern Trading Post - JEWELRY GRADING & APPRAISAL PROCESS

When looking to sell jewelry through The Little Northern Trading Post, or anywhere for that matter, an important step is verifying the details of your jewelry item to the buyers. Because each and every piece of jewelry we sell on behalf of our clients is unique, we have partnered with some of the leading Canadian goldsmiths & gemologists to create the THE LITTLE NORTHERN TRADING POST EVALUATION & APPRAISAL TEAM (LNTPEAT) to provide the most accurate assessment possible.

We take these measures for every single appraisal no matter how big or small, to ensure that you receive the best value for your item. The entire jewelry grading & appraisal process works as follows: In an email addressed to northerntrading@gmx.com

1- Describe your jewelry as best you can ( include weight, carat, & all the specific information you can pertaining to any gems in the piece). upload 3-5 clear photos of each piece of jewelry you want appraised. Based on the provided information, we’ll conduct a market value analysis on the gems as well as the precious metals in each  piece of jewelry.

2- AFTER OUR EXPERTS IN THE LITTLE NORTHERN TRADING POST EVALUATION & APPRAISAL TEAM DO THEIR APPRAISEMENT, AND DETERMINE THE MOST ACCURATE PRICE RANGE BASED ON THE CURRENT MARKET VALUE, THEY WILL MAKE THE FIGURES AVAILABLE TO YOU AND EXPLAIN TO YOU HOW THEY ARRIVED AT THE SPECIFIC DOLLAR VALUE FOR EACH OF YOUR ITEMS. TOGETHER WITH OUR EXPERTS YOU WILL DECIDE ON THE PRICE YOU WANT TO PRESENT TO POTENTIAL BUYERS INTERESTED IN PURCHASING YOUR JEWELRY. THE FINAL SAY IS ALWAYS UP TO YOU, AND YOU CAN CHANGE THE PRICE AS OFTEN AS YOU LIKE.

3- Relax and Make Money: All you have to do is sit back, relax, and watch the offers roll in!
